How We Make and Ship Your Order
Everything we sell is made to order. That means your shirt doesn't exist until you buy it. We send the job to our printer, the printer runs it, we pick it up, pack it with your matching sticker, and take it to the post office.
Production time depends on the run. We'd rather give you a real number than a made-up one, so we'll confirm your timeline after you order and send tracking the moment your package goes out.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. International shipping is not available at launch.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We use USPS and UPS. The rate you see at checkout is the real rate.
Once your order ships, you'll get a notification with a tracking number. We enter tracking by hand, so it may arrive a few hours after the package goes out.
Free Sticker
Every order ships with a sticker that matches the design you bought. It goes in the envelope. It's on us.
Returns and Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind cancellations once production has started. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, reach out to us and we'll make it right.
